Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package through the carrier’s website or by clicking the tracking link provided.


Shipping Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume (especially during holidays)

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs processing for international orders

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Missing or Damaged Packages

Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier first.
If you still need help afterward, email us at Scullyproject.info@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.
Include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and provide a replacement if eligible.


Address Errors

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Please double-check your information before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.
If your order has already entered processing, we can no longer make changes.


Size Errors

We cannot change sizes after an order is placed.
Due to high order volume, modifying sizes may affect inventory accuracy.
All sales are final.
